The steps to pass an order for the first time

Step 1: choose a course or a document pack

Step 1: Choose a product

To find a product you go to the E-Learning page or the Documents page. Click on the product you wish to buy.

Click on the button. You are now on the basket page.

Step 2: Identify yourself

Click on the button.

As you do not have an account with PQB you click the button labeled "You don't possess an account (creation of a new account) " and fill in your personnal details on the identification page. Take care to write without mistakes, especially your e-mail address.

Note: If you are from a country outside the European Union the prices are excluding taxes (without VAT), it is important for you and the invoice!

You must read and accept the "general terms of use" .

You will receive an e-mail with your ID (your e-mail address) and your password.

Step 3: Choose a payment mode

Remark: from some countries you can use the money transfer through your postal service or a Western Union transfer. Use the option check to receive the complete address.

Now you must choose the payment mode by clicking on the image of your choice:

Payment by secured credit card Paypal
The order will be available immediatly after payment.

Payment by check
Your order will be available as soon as we get your payment.

Payment by bank transfer
Your order will be available as soon as we get your payment.

You will receive an e-mail with the summary of your order (total of your order and chosen payment mode).

STEP 4: Make your payment

Step 4 is "end of the order": you will read that your order have been taken into account and will be validated upon receipt of your payment.

For payment by PayPal it is automatic, by check it is 2-3 days, by bank transfer it is usually one week.

For automatic validation of your payment via PayPal you must click on the button "Back to the shop". Otherwise the validation will be manual and may take one or two days.

Upon receipt of your payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your payment and you will have access to your account and your training (during 60 days).
