The steps to place an order for the first time

Step 1: Choose a product

To find a product, go to the E-Learning page, the Game page or the Documents page. Click on the product you wish to buy.

Click on the button. You are now on the basket page.

Step 2: Identify yourself

Click on the  button if you want to finalize your order.

If you wish to continue shopping, please click on the  button.

As you do not have an account with PQB, click on the button labeled "You don't possess an account (creation of a new account) " and fill in your personnal details on the identification page. Take care to write without mistakes, especially your e-mail address.

Note: If you are from a country outside the European Union, the prices are excluding taxes (without VAT), it is important for you and the invoice!

You must read and accept the "general terms of use" .

You will receive an e-mail with your ID (your e-mail address) and your password.

Step 3: Choose YOUR payment method

Now you must choose the payment method by clicking on the image of your choice:

	Payment by credit card or Paypal The order will be available immediately after payment
	Payment by bank transfer  Your order will be available as soon as we receive your payment

You will receive an e-mail with the summary of your order (total of your order and chosen payment method)

Remark: if you don't have a PayPal account you can pay via PayPal with your credit card in complete security!

STEP 4: Make your payment

Step 4 is "end of the order": you will read that your order have been taken into account and will be validated upon receipt of your payment.

For payment by PayPal it is automatic.

For automatic validation of your payment via PayPal you must click on the button "Back to the shop". Otherwise the validation will be manual and may take one or two days.

Upon receipt of your payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your payment and you will have access to your account and your training (during 60 days).

Remark: If you haven't finalized your order, forget about it and place a new order.from. 

Promotions

Do not miss the Promotion of the month (50% of the price of a course) and Promotion of the week (50% of the price of a document pack).

When you choose for an order two or more courses you are automatically entitled to a reduction of the total price of 25%.

For a  company  wishing to train a person to at least two courses or more people at the same course the discount of 25% is applied.
