PEOPLE WITH A VISUAL, HEARING OR OTHER DISABILITY

According to the definition of the World Health Organization (WHO), “a disabled person is any person whose physical or mental integrity is temporarily or permanently reduced, either congenitally, or as a result of age or an accident, so that his autonomy, his ability to attend school or to hold a job are compromised."
